Kindly contact our costomer service within 72 hours from the date of delivery and our team will assist you in this. If a report is madeafter 72 hours, theclaim will be automatically rejected
In the event that a returned product is not damaged adter inspection by our relevant supplier, postage fee to redeliver the item is to be borne solely by the customer.
- Who will pay for postage foe exchargeing damaged / defected product?
We will be responsible for postage incurred for returns and redelivery. We can also arrangefor our courier to pick up from you if needed. Do let us know and we will assist accordingly.
- How do I return something to you?
Contact usand provide us with your Order ID, name of item and the reason foe rethurning (picture or video).Our customer team will be happy to assist you with the return process.
Or you can walk in to our shop to return it.
Yhe returned good/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goos should be in the good condition. The packing hould also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the good/product has been used or damaged bythe customer, there will not be any refund. Baby Talk Malaysia will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, curtomer will received thier refund within 14 working days after the confirmation.
